The science of Teletherapy, the seeds of which have been shown by our reverend guru Late Dr. B. Bhattacharyya, is fast developing. can be made out from a large number of followers and practitioners taking interest and making their best efforts for its progress. As a result of their strenuous efforts World Teletherapy Association was established in the year 1975 with its headquarters at Naihati, West Bengal. The President of the Association is Dr. A. K. Bhattacharyya, the illustrious son of an illustrious father.

The science of Teletherapy is being given its due status can be realised by looking at the researches made and the magnitude of literature published in the western world where it is known by the name of Radionics. They are making their best efforts to correlate the concepts and facts of this science (Teletherapy) with those of other allied fields of science. 'Radionics interface with ether-fields' and Dimensions of Radionics' by David V. Tansley D. C. are worthy of mention in this direction.

In India, it was Dr. B. Bhattacharyya who through the reading of the vast ancient Indian literature indicated that Tantrics of ancient India were already familiar with the method of transmitting power through the space (i.e. Mahakala Sadhana or the process called Sadhanamala). Having taken hints from Mahakala Sadhana, Teletherapy developed to transmit forces of five elements (viz. Earth, Air, Fire, Water, Ether) in the form of Cosmic Ray colours through space to a patient at a distance in his absence. In this regard the books written by Dr. B. Bhattacharyya are indispensable for the understanding and utilization of this miraculous science.

At present, an effort has been made to put the facts of this science in a way so that an ordinary literate lay man may be able to read and understand and employ it for the welfare of mankind.

The senior author had a long association with Dr. B. Bhattacharyya and has theoretical and practical experience of this wonderful system of curing patient at distance only with the help of the photo (passport size) of that individual.

Hindu thought had ever been at knowing fundamentals of eternal values and visualised the smallest atom as great as the whole cosmos. The origin of Cosmic Ray Therapy is as old as Astrology when it was found that the Sun is the source of life on Earth and Sun's ray is composed of seven principal colours (violet, indigo, blue, green, yellow, orange and red) and two more i.e. ultra-violet and infrared. Astrology, the science of sciences, with the complete system of Cosmic Ray Therapy was well known to the ancient Hindus who correlated these nine cosmic colours to the nine planets (known at that time), to the five elements or Panchamahabhootham of nature. They found that excess or deficiency of one or more colours is the cause of a disease which in astrology is known due to the malefic influence of one or more planets. Accordingly, they devised methods to cure the disease through the application of cosmic rays mainly by three ways (i) radiation of cosmic rays from gems embedded around or on Idols in temples (ii) wearing gems or rings, pendants and other ornaments (iii) surya namaskar, or prostration of the body several times to direct radiation from the sun. The last one is even followed to-day in Solariums where the patients are exposed to particular in special rooms with overhead arrangement to radiate particular colours directly from the sun's rays. On the same principles a Solarium has been put up in Gyan Nagar. with the progress of civilization and culture the ancient knowledge of treatment of diseases was replace by chemical drugs, herbs etc. At present, several systems of healing are in vogue e.g. Allopathy, Ayurveda, Unani, Homoeopathy etc. In all of these, the presence of the patient was essential. In addition, one more system of curing disease called Teletherapy was found by Dr. B. Bhattacharyya which (does away the presence of the patient) substitutes the patient by his photograph (as the wave length of both the photograph and the person is the same). This new system of healing i.e. Teletherapy is known in other countries by the name of Radiesthesia or Radionics. Teletherapy unfolds the miracles of the curative powers of the Cosmic Rays when radiated from gems by means of vibrators. The photo of a person has a life so long as he lives.

Teletherapy (Gr. Tele means far or distance, therapuein means to heal or to cure) means distant healing or distant treatment used to combat a disease or an abnormal condition, or curative power affecting at a distance. Teletherapist can cure a patient i.e. to get rid the individual from the disease even in his absence. To this, question arises how; the answer to this is quite simple that he needs his any belonging preferably a photograph (Passport size) as there is a intimate relationship between the individual and his photograph because both have the same wavelength. Changes occuring in the individual are simultaneously taking place in the photograph. This truth has been realised recently and for better information or understanding is reproduced here.
