Lord Ganpati, also known as “Vighnaharta”, resplendent and serene, graces the cosmos seated in the “Lalitasana posture”, upon the exalted Kirtimukha throne. He carries a goad and a noose, symbols of divine guidance and restraint. With tender elegance, his front right hand clutches his broken tusk, a testament to sacrifice, while the left cradles a Modaka, the sweet essence of life. Regally adorned, he bears a rotund belly and eyes that mirror galaxies. Near his foot, his loyal “Mushaka”, humble and reverent, offers prayers. This wooden sculpture embodies wisdom, benevolence, and the timeless dance of existence.
