Here stands the Supreme Lord Krishna on a small upturned lotus pedestal in His most attractive three-fold bending form (tribhanga). Krishna is the source of all pleasure and also the cause of all causes. What to speak of His beautiful bodily features and wonderful activities in the land of Vraja that stole the hearts of all the inhabitants of Vrindavan. Although He is the Supreme Personality of Godhead, He appeared like an ordinary boy and all the damsels and cowherd boys loved to play with Him.
The Lord in this sculpture is shown like a silent ocean filled with ecstasy and tranquility. His dark complexion appears just like a fresh dark cloud carrying a huge amount of mercy within it to be showered upon the surrendered souls. His moonlike face contains eyes resembling the lotus petals and all the gopis are allured by the soft and gentle smile on His face. He places His divine flute Venu on to His sweet lips and plays upon it, and the sound of which nourishes the hearts of His devotees.
Clad in a beautifully embroidered dhoti down to His ankles, a bunch of sashes hanging out from His curvaceous waist and bedecked with ornaments such as big Kundalas on ears, a wide waist chain, thick neckpieces, armlets, anklets etc., the ever youthful and eternal Krishna looks so attractive that His beauty excels that of thousands of cupids. His body and face are very satisfying and blissful for everyone to see.
